Seven Minute Workout

A New Beginning in my Fitness Program

As one that has spent years sitting in front of a computer and getting little or no exercise, it is clearly time to change the direction of my health. My doctor told me that I’m borderline diabetic and if I don’t lose some weight I could slip into full blown diabetes.

I have tried some diets and exercise programs in the past with good results, however, I did not stick with them and eventually lost all the gains I had achieved. The biggest challenge I have with any exercise program is the time it takes each day to do the exercises. Finding the time in my busy schedule seemed like an impossible task. Another challenge was keeping my interest level in exercise high enough to continue spending that precious time. For example, after spending a few minutes peddling my stationary bike gets pretty boring and I quit.

I can’t tell you how happy I was to discover a seven minute workout fitness plan that allows me to exercise only 7 minutes per day, 3 times a week to get in the best shape I’ve been in years. It’s far easier to carve out only 7 minutes doing a few sets of exercises that quickly push my body to improve.

Along with the simple to follow exercises presented in the video presentation, the plan also includes a nutrition program to help me eat better. These two combined actions should allow me to shed over 50 pounds of unwanted weight.

Look and Feel Better

Health and fitness are two words that cause some people to shudder. For most people, health and fitness bring up images of pricey health clubs where everyone drinks disgusting protein shakes and lifts heavy weights until they have no necks. The fact is you don’t have to be a muscle-bound exercise addict to be healthy and fit.

Make no mistake about it… Health and fitness will require you to exercise. You don’t need to commit to long, tedious exercise routines to become more fit and healthy. You can simply get more exercise than you normally would. For example, walk around the block or park further away from your destination so you have to walk a little more to get there.

I especially like the simple 7 Minute Workout exercise routines shown in the videos on the membership site enabling you to get into the best shape of your life, training only 7 minutes a day, 3 times per week. Trainers, Joel Therien and Chris Reid have put together an online tool called “My Fit Profile” where you enter your personal fitness profile (body, age, goals, and other details). The system will then automatically create a personalized workout plan for you.

Eating Better

Eating better doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite foods. In most cases, simply decreasing the serving size can have a dramatic effect. If your favorite foods are high in fat, salt or sugar, the key is moderating how much of these foods you eat and how often you eat them.

To eat better, you simply have to make better food choices. Instead of eating a candy bar, try eating a bowl of fruit and nuts. Most fruit is just as sweet as candy, but this way you’ll soothe your sweet tooth, come away just as full, and you won’t feel guilty afterwards. Another example could be, instead of butter, use fat free margarine, or, instead of salad dressing, try fat-free salad dressing.

Small changes in your eating habits aren’t difficult, and it won’t take long for you to see the results. Your waist will shrink, you’ll feel better, and look great.

Health and Fitness

Health and fitness are two words that should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle. It doesn’t take drastic changes. Making health and fitness part of your daily life requires small, subtle changes. It won’t happen overnight and the results may be slow coming. With enough patience and perseverance, though, you’ll look better, feel better, and you’ll have the confidence in knowing that you can do anything you put your mind to.
